Cancellation Policy
After reserving a booking, you’ll receive a confirmation via email. In that email will be clear instructions regarding how to adjust/cancel a reservation. If cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the booked timeslot, a refund will be issued. If canceling within 24 hours of the booked timeslot, a credit will be issued that may be used on a future booking.
Safety
All guests will abide by all safety guidelines, instructions and regulations as set forth by The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen.
Forbidden Substances
Illegal drugs and tobacco (including vaping) are strictly prohibited at any time on the premises at The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen. Alcohol is only permitted in approved areas, must be provided by The Serve, and may not be consumed by anyone under 21 years of age.
Fighting/Violence Is Prohibited
At no time is any type of violence, fighting and similar permitted inside The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen facility. Any instances of fighting/violence will be grounds for removal from the premises.
Noise & Disruptions
Guests may listen to personal music only through headphones or earbuds. Speakers, loud noise, or disruptive behavior of any kind are not permitted inside The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen.
Physical Examination & Personal Health
We strongly encourage you to consult your doctor and have a complete physical examination prior to beginning any new exercise or nutrition program. Upon entrance to The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen, you represent that you are healthy enough to engage safely in activities and acknowledge that The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen does not provide medical advice.
Illness, Sickness, Disease, or Infection
If you have any symptoms associated with, or you may have been exposed to a person with, a communicable, contagious or otherwise transferrable or transmissible illness, sickness, disease, or infection, or you otherwise pose a health risk to members, guests, or team members you may not engage in activities at The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen.
Personal Belongings
The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property, vehicles or other locations on the premises. Please inquire in person at the Front Desk for lost articles that may have been found.
Injuries
If you are injured while at The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen please notify a staff member immediately. The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen is not responsible for, nor will we consider reimbursement of member medical costs, including, but not limited to charges a member may incur for emergency response services, ambulance, etc., in the case of a member medical event or emergency that occurs at The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen.
Personally Operated Activities
You may not organize your own informal or formal sports leagues, tournaments, or programs. We employ our own team members and online tools to facilitate all programs at our venues. Whether or not you receive compensation for it, you may not teach private or personal lessons in our facility or on our court. The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen retains sole discretion to determine whether a member or guest is engaged in organizing or participating in non-The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen activities.
The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen Wireless Network
By accessing The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen wireless network, you agree not to use the wireless network to transmit any material that violates any applicable laws. We may block access or terminate the wireless service at any time and for any reason, assuming no liability for doing so.
