It's so much more than just a place to play pickleball. There's nothing like it in Lake Norman, and anybody that I introduce to this place or anybody that comes in for the first time is amazed at what an incredible place it is.

You don't have to worry about a match. It's already set up. No phone calls, no nothing, just come and play.... We've brought our kids, and we've brought quite a few people to play here with us, and they love it.

One of the nicest things about The Serve is that it's a community. I come in here any day and go back to the pickleball courts, and I know somebody back there. When I come here, it puts a smile on my face.

When you walk in, honestly, it feels like home. We eat here regularly as a family... The Serve has a wonderful café. We find ourselves here weekly, if not more than once a week. It's a really comfortable environment.

There's so much I really like about The Serve. The staff makes it such a great environment. When people can continuously call you by your first name, I think that's just so big... It's been a pleasure working with trainers, dropping in to some of the open play, and taking some clinics. There's nothing like that around here or any other facility that I've actually played at.

When you come to The Serve, you're just getting a really great experience... For me, it's the invitation, the welcomeness, to come in. The courts are really nice. The color scheme is really thought out.... I'd recommend it to anyone that would listen to me.
